I am committed to being a CTR because it makes you a better person. It guides you in right direction. Being honest and trustworthy makes you feel great and be grade. Being a CTR person opens many great possibilities.
The Ultimate Choice

.Of all the choices will ever make, one choice supersedes all others- the ultimate choice. This one choice will help you to always make correct decisions. This one choice, The Ultimate Choice, is your keystone to being the best student and person you can possibly be. This one choice will forever affect you for good more than any other choice. THE ULTIMATE CHOICE is : To be a CTR Person - to Always CHOOSE THE RIGHT!!!
Reflection:
What I think this statement means is that the only choice there will ever be is choosing the right. Meaning that when you don't know which way to turn you always pick the right. Even if everyone id against doing the right. Overall choosing the right makes you a good person it makes you feel good even though others don't think it's right. If you think it's right it doesn't matter what others think its your choice. Being a CTR person opens many opportunities in life.

"A man without a goal is like a ship without a rudder."
Thomas Carlyle
Reflection:
What I think this quote from Thomas Carlyle is that when you set a goal it gives you a meaning to life. Such as if you don't have a goal you don't know where you'll end up just like the ship. Without a rudder there's no direction such as no goal no direction to life. A goal is like setting a plan for the future where you might end up. Without a goal you will end up lost and not going anywhere in life.

REFLECTION:
I think the proverb is saying you must have a good perspective on people. Such as resolving things there's always ways you can deal with something. But it's weather it's the right way to deal with it. In order to have peace we must have a good perspective on life and others.

"Nothing is ever gained in doing what's wrong"
Wilford Woodruff
Reflection:
What I think this quote means is when you do the wrong thing there will never be a price or reward for it. For example, if you choose to do the right thing you earn many things like respect and feeling great. When you choose the wrong you get no gain such as feeling bad about your self. You will also experience guilt of the would would've and should happened.

Forgiveness
Eric Smallridge went to prison for killing both Megan and Lisa. He was a drunk at the time he killed them and was sentenced for 22 years. Renee Megan's mother had said that he had punishment enough and he was truly sorry for what he did and gave him a shorter sentence to 11 years. She said forgiveness heals and its the only way to heal. She said she didn't want to be old and bitter so she forgave him for killing his daughter.

" When a deep injury is done us, we never recover until we forgive."
Alan Paton
Reflection:
What I think this statement by Alan Paton is about is once someone hurts you so deep you can't recover until you forgive them for it. Also, there's no way you can move forward if your still stuck in the past. If you keep reminding yourself about it then it will just continue to hurt as bad as it did the first time. So you must be able to forgive to be capable to make peace with that person. Then it's on you whether you wan't them in your life or not.

"Dare to stand alone."
Thomas S. Manson
Reflection:
What it think this quote means by Thomas S. Manson is when all your friends are doing something bad and you don't want to do it you should be courageous enough to say no and do your own thing. For example, JamesOn Curry had a winning record but he couldn't say no to the other people who were dealing drugs he was also arrested. He had to suffer consequences just for not being able to say no and to risk his career in basketball. Because he couldn't say no he suffered the consequences and won't be able to have a career in basketball.

"In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing."
Theodore Roosevelt
Reflection:
What i think this quote means by Theodore Roosevelt is when you don't know what to do in a situation you always have to pick the right. For example, if you cheat on a test and they ask you whether you did it or not you should always say you did. For the reason that you did the wrong thing and you owned up to what you did. You choose the right whether it would get you or others in trouble. You do what is right for the reason that its the right thing to do. Also, when your faced with dealing with a problem and don't know which way to decide on it you should do what you think is right not what others think is right.

Money Doctor

Dr. Bob from Albany New York was a man that went back to medical school at age 36 because he wanted to make his existence count.  He opened an office in a rough neighborhood. He helped those who couldn't pay for medical expenses. He gave back every dollar he made. What he made was given back by writing checks for their medicine or through tough times.   Everyone loves Dr. Bob because he has a good heart to help others other than himself.

You have to apply yourself each day to become a little better, and over a period of time you become a lot better."
John Wooden,

Reflection:
What i think the quote by John Wooden means is that what you want can't just be handed to you. What you want has to be earned. You work hard to get what you want. With day by day you practice and practice and you will get better each time. For example, if you wish to get 100% on a test and the last time you took it you failed you practice practice and practice and you will get better.  Also, if you have no idea how to ride a bike you work on it everyday and you will get better. Practice makes perfect.

"A promise must never be broken."
Alexander Hamilton
Reflection:
What I think the quote by Alexander Hamilton means is that if your're saying your committed to something you can't just turn around and not do it. For example, if you promised your're mom you'd finish the dishes then you have to finish them. Breaking a promise leads to someone losing complete trust of you.

Visualization---Imagination
"What you see is what you get"
Anonymous
Reflection:
What i think this quote means is that when you see yourself becoming something you would become it. Meaning that if you see yourself being that  then you'll set a goal to become it. So you will start working so hard you will become it. But if you don't see where your future is going then there really wouldn't be a future for you. If you want something bad enough then you'll do anything to get it. If you have this picture in your head then maybe it will become into reality. 100+ goals has a huge part to do with achieving a dream because you see it everyday when you read them and it's a constant reminder of the dream that you set.

What it think the quote means is that goodness will always be there. Also, that goodness is the only thing you'll need in life. For example, if your doing something for others and don't know weather something will go wrong you will always pick goodness because its never wrong. Also, not knowing weather to choose the good or the bad you choose the good because goodness is the only thing you'll ever really need.

Longest metal coil passed through the nose and out of the mouth

What fascinated me about the world record was having an 11ft wire going into your nose and out your mouth. Also having so much courage to do that and take the time to analyse the way your nose and body is structured so it wouldn't injure you.

I would like to break a world record. I'm not sure which record i would like to break. But it would be cool to break a record.

“My basic principle is that you don’t make decisions because they are easy; you don’t make them because they are cheap; you don’t make them because they’re popular; you make them because they’re right.”
Theodore Hesburgh (Former president of Notre Dame)
Reflection:

What I think the quote by Theodore Hesburgh means is you only make chooses because they’re right. You don’t listen to what others choose to do. You don’t take the short cut to the problem. You don’t do things that are wrong just because people think it’s cool or fun. For example, bullying someone everyone thinks it is fun but you’re not going to do it because it’s not the right thing to do.

What I think this quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson means is if you’re intelligent with a bad attitude it won’t matter if you even are intelligent. It all matters in character whether you have a good vibe and aren't rude and you’re a great person in general. If you’re really intellect but with a poor attitude it won’t really get you places in life. It’s way better to be one of the dumbest people there is but you have a good heart and a great character.

Reflection:
What i think this quote by Tyler Haws means is that if you put a lot of effort into something you want it will be yours. Also, that you may not like something your doing but in the long run you will be thankful you did that. For example, him not being dropped from the basketball team he didn't let that stop him from continuing to practice until he got better. After so much practice with his dad and by himself he got to reach so meaning records and got into college basketball.
