What i think the quote means is even when you know something is wrong you should not do it just because everyone else is doing it meaning you should always do the right thing even if others think that's a bad thing.

What i think the quote means is when you want something really big that takes a lot of effort to get to sacrifice not getting it for not wanting to put the time and effort because of what you want for the moment.

Chromo Therapists claim to be able to use light in the form of color to balance "energy" lacking from the person's body whether it'll be on physical, emotional, spiritual, or mental levels.

About 60 dollars an hour.
