Student Success Statement
"In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing."
Theodore Roosevelt
Reflection:
What i think this quote means by Theodore Roosevelt is when you don't know what to do in a situation you always have to pick the right. For example, if you cheat on a test and they ask you whether you did it or not you should always say you did. For the reason that you did the wrong thing and you owned up to what you did. You choose the right whether it would get you or others in trouble. You do what is right for the reason that its the right thing to do. Also, when your faced with dealing with a problem and don't know which way to decide on it you should do what you think is right not what others think is right.

Money Doctor

Dr. Bob from Albany New York was a man that went back to medical school at age 36 because he wanted to make his existence count.  He opened an office in a rough neighborhood. He helped those who couldn't pay for medical expenses. He gave back every dollar he made. What he made was given back by writing checks for their medicine or through tough times.   Everyone loves Dr. Bob because he has a good heart to help others other than himself.
Student Success Statement
"Make each day your masterpiece.
You have to apply yourself each day to become a little better, and over a period of time you become a lot better."
John Wooden,
UCLA
Reflection:
What i think the quote by John Wooden means is that what you want can't just be handed to you. What you want has to be earned. You work hard to get what you want. With day by day you practice and practice and you will get better each time. For example, if you wish to get 100% on a test and the last time you took it you failed you practice practice and practice and you will get better.  Also, if you have no idea how to ride a bike you work on it everyday and you will get better. Practice makes perfect.
