Reading my life planning book for 2 minutes has improved my goals. It has improved my goals by having more victories. It also helps as a reminder that i have goals to accomplish. It also helped me to keep as a reminder to do something or to complete things such as my homework. It also helps with my assignments and test because i push my self to study or finish my assignments.
