Duties and Responsibilities:

o  Care for the health of animals and work to improve public health

o  Treat Diagnose, and research medical conditions and disease of pets, livestock, and other animals.

Salary:

Education:

o  Must have a doctor of veterinary medicine degree from a accredited veterinary college and a state license

I think I would like to be one because you get to work with a lot of different types of animals and see what you can do to save an animal’s life. I think it’ll be a great experience to work with animals that aren’t just mammals but also reptiles.
