Albert Fish
(May 19,
1870- January 16, 1936)
He was an
American Sado-masochistic, serial killer and cannibal. He said he “He had
children in every state.” Around 100 children but was never clear he was talking
about molestation or cannibalism. He was suspected of 5 killings in his life
time. He was put on trial for the kidnap and murder of Grace Budd, and was
convicted and executed via electric chair.
The youth
also introduced Fish to such practices as drinking urine and coprophagia. Many of
his intended victims would mentally retarded or African- American, because, he
believed, these would not be missed. He wrote an anonymous letter to Grace Budd’s
family one of his victims seven years later explaining how he murdered her and
ate her. He confessed to Billy Gaffney’s mother about killing her son and gave
her all the details of his murder.
His known
victims where Francis X. McDonnell, age 8 July 15, 1924, Billy Gaffney age 8
February 15, 1924 and Grace Budd age 10 June 3, 1928.
